Wheel Loader Weighing System

W3 is a dynamic Wheel Loader Scale System that fits any make or model of Wheel Loader. The material in the bucket is weighed as the operator lifts the Bucket while loading a truck. There is no need to stop the lift, as this system will Weigh while in Motion.

The Display will show the individual bucket weight and a running total of the amount that has been loaded on the truck. The load will be stored and can be downloaded via the built in USB port with a memory stick for further processing at an office PC.

A printed receipt can be generated if the optional printer is installed. It is also possible to send an SMS message to a designated cellular number that contains the load information. Both the printing and SMS messaging are optional.

Lists of Customers, products, trucks and locations can be uploaded to the Display using the USB port with a memory stick. Load lists can be downloaded via the USB port with a memory stick to be further processed at an office PC.

The W3 has a backup and restore function for most of the data including calibrated attachments, event logs and lists of customers and products.
